Controller and enquiries

Contact form

Your name, email, optional organisation, message and product context are used to respond to your enquiry and pre-contractual requirements. Name, email and message are required to send the form; you can also contact us directly.

“Prepare email” creates a local summary. “Send from website” transmits the data to the WordPress server on VHosting, which forwards it to sorsricerche@gmail.com. “Open email app” uses your email program; “Copy text” uses your device clipboard. There are no attachments or advertising subscriptions.

Retention and service providers

The company privacy notice provides for retention as necessary for the stated purposes, and no longer than two years from collection or consent. Enquiries are managed in company email; hosting and email providers participate in technical transmission. Sending the form does not store its text in a dedicated enquiry database on the website.

Technical data and cookies

The server and security systems may process IP addresses and technical connection data. To limit abuse, the form keeps temporary counters linked to an identifier derived from the IP address and duplicate-submission markers, lasting one hour. The theme does not introduce advertising, analytics or remote fonts. WordPress, website protection and cookie preferences may require technical cookies; preferences can be managed through the cookie panel where present.

Configuration choices may appear in page addresses: do not include personal data in shared links.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure or restriction, or object to processing by contacting the controller. You may also contact the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
